Refund policy

However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns:

a) Eligibility: We do not accept returns because these are made to order items. Please contact us if you have problems with your order. 

b) Damaged or Defective Items: If your crocheted item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product clearly showing the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund, including any shipping fees.

2. Refunds:

a) Processing Time: Once we receive the damaged or defective item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your original payment method.

3. Return Procedure:

a) Contact us: Before returning any item, please contact us at alpinecrochetstudio@gmail.com or (321) 525-9179. Provide the order number, details of the issue, and any supporting images.

b) Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, or similar protective packaging, to prevent additional damage during transit.

c) Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support representative. Please ensure to use a trackable shipping method for your return.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made crocheted items, as they are specially made for you and cannot be resold.

5. Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You have three (3) days after placing your order to contact us and we will cancel your order and process a full refund. However, 25% of the cost of the item will not be refunded if you contact us after the fourth day of placing your order.
